Paid-Up Members of the IHB are entitled to FREE access to CapallOir subject to a Fair Usage policy. To activate your account, you will need your Irish Horse Board (IHB) Shareholder Number & Password. Passwords were circulated to Members with the 2011 Stallion Book. If you have not received your Password or have recently paid your Membership, you can email CapallOir Support
